Chinese Art and Music
The Chinese music program nurtures each child's interest in music, develops their awareness and appreciation of various forms of music. Singing folk songs of China and other countries and learning traditional folk dances are emphasized.

The Chinese art program introduces a variety of media and schools of art, such as cubism, impressionism, and traditional Chinese painting. Children build skills and creativity through lessons in a wide variety of areas, such as color training, imagination painting (drawing impressions from a piece of music or a story), sketching and drawing techniques, arts and crafts, and three dimensional art forms.

Montessori Art and Music
Art and music lessons are given systematically to build specific skills in small groups of children who then repeat them based on their individual needs. We introduce a wide variety of art media and skills, including shading, contour, different types of paints, clay models, color theory, paper making and crochet. The children then incorporate their work into their research or other projects. We sing and do movement together daily.
